Our Funding Process Is Simple & Efficient

2. Loan Submission
Like every lender, we have a few documents for you to review and submit (e.g. application, bank statements, etc).
3. Pre-Qualification
During this step, we'll review your application, run credit, and look for liquidity.
4. Underwriting
In underwriting your project, we're reviewing the deal, pulling comparables, etc to ensure project validity.
5. Closing
This is the fun part! We work to close your loan quickly and order an appraisal (if needed), title search, and follow steps to get you funded.
6. Monitor Deal Execution
