Short-term investment loans, sometimes called Fix & Flip, Rehab, or Renovation Loans, allow investors to purchase investment properties of 1-4 units for renovation and subsequent sale. These loans are not available for owner-occupied properties.

Traditional loan products are based on the purchase price of the property in its current condition.

They do not take into account the value-added by rehab and renovation, nor the cost of the renovation itself. 

Our Rehab “Fix & Flip” loan program is based on a percentage of the After Repair Value of the investment property you are purchasing and renovating.
